2024/03/18 A collaborated paper was published by Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing (2022 IF: 4.1). The surface properties of the PEDOT:PSS thin films can be adjusted by using a low-polarity solvent treatment process, which increased the photovoltaic responses of the perovskite solar cells when the modified PEDOT:PSS thin films are used as the hole transport layer.
