2019/05/07 "Efficiency enhancement of light extraction from an air/GaN interface via nanogap-induced mode splitting" has been accepted by Advanced Theory and Simulations. The nanogap-induced mode splitting can widen the light extraction efficiency of GaN LEDs.

2019/03/11 It is a good progress in our lab. The PCE of inverted-type perovskite solar cells can be higher than 10% after a lot of efforts. The most important thing is that we have known how to increase the Jsc, FF. Then, we will try to increase the Voc.
