The ODN SoCal Leadership Board is a group of volunteers who come together to create events and programming that meet the needs of our members.

Haley Giwoff
Co-Chair
Haley Giwoff (they/them) is an inclusion-driven change agent and independent consultant based in Orange County, CA. With experience across nonprofits, startups, franchises, and small businesses, Haley brings a systems-oriented lens to building safer, healthier, more inclusive workplaces where people are valued for the differences they bring. Known for a “firefighter” approach, they excel in urgent, high-impact moments—bringing clarity, scrappy problem-solving, and innovative solutions under tight timelines. Haley holds two bachelor’s degrees (Psychology, Cognitive Science), a master’s in Organizational Psychology, is completing a PhD in Organizational Psychology, and is SHRM-SCP certified.
As a board member of ODN SoCal, Haley is committed to giving back to a community that has given them so much—helping build a more sustainable network aligned to member goals.

Dr. Jonathan Troper
Innovation Director
Jonathan Troper, PhD, has a background in nonprofit and for-profit work, as well as consulting in OD and talent development. He has led numerous student consulting teams for employee surveys, cross-organizational collaborations, needs analyses, diversity analysis, and program evaluations. He has led radically-inclusive strategic planning processes at Alliant International University, where he has taught in I-O psychology for 20 years.
