What events and programs does ODN SoCal offer?

OD SoCal hosts monthly events most months of the year. Events may be in-person or virtual and may center on a specific speaker or a panel of guests. We host current and former executives and organizational development experts to share their experience and wisdom with our community. There is often time for questions and breakout sessions for attendees to interact and connect with one another.

We typically host two in-person networking mixers per year, one in the summer and one at the end of the year. Mixers are a great opportunity for people to come together.

What drives our events and programming?

Our events and programs are driven by three core areas determined by our community.

1. Professional Development | Our events provide opportunities to learn about new technologies, develop specific OD skills, learn from real-world case studies and more.

2. Networking | Our virtual events often include opportunities for participants to connect both during events and after in an optional post-event networking session. We typically organize two in-person networking events per year to give attendees to talk shop in a more casual and open format.

3. Community | We seeks ways to involve our members in events either by hosting events or guest speaking. We also seek to collaborate with other local organizations with similar interests to foster greater collaboration and community for our members.
