Annabelle
Annabelle, better known as Annabelle the wicked witch, Is, of course, a witch. She was just making potions when she reaized that the ingredients were... strange... flowers with eyes? Frogs legs being bigger then normal? Something was up. She concluded there was some curse spreading across the land, and she'll be the one to put an end to It! Little does she know, she's just been hit with the sight of Ocustraplasia infected wildlife! She's doing this for her onw gain, and so she won't tell anyone. I mean, she does risk being murdered for existing so I guess she has a fair reason to.
Annabelle doesn't have a distinct personality, think of your styreotypical witch. Now, imagine that as a modified bear. That's basically what Annabelle Is. Good? Good.
