Guam has an estimated population of 67,000 people but has an interesting and deep historical value, aswell as breathtaking scenery.
Guam is an unincorporated territory of the united states and the capital city is Hagnata. To the south of the Islands you will find volcanic hills and around the island are thick rainforests. The outside of the island expels radiant white beaches and sandy oceans.
The island was originally counted as a Spanish territor in 1565, however in the mid 17th centuary after an uprising of the people the Spanish subded the with extreme fmamine, bloodshed and even diseases from Europe. In 1898, during the spanish war, the land was handed over to America, who have lied in possesion eversince. The only exception to this is when Japan took the Island after pearl harbour. It was quickly retaken though and used as a crucial infastructure to the success of the war against Japan.
