Description: This is a picture of my choice board I use with my Special Education classes. There are pictures of all different types of equipment available and I allow students to choose the one they would like to play with on that given day.

Description: This is a cardio and core lesson plan I created for my seventh grade fitness class. The lesson was a tibata style workout with consistent flow from exercise to exercise.
Connection: This lesson connects to performance indicator 5m which discusses using strategies and techniques to include learners with ranging ability levels and experiences. I included a demonstration of each exercises, as well as a modified or more difficult version, and a gif of the exercise that was on the screen throughout the workout.
Explanation: From this lesson I learned how to teach in a way which is dynamic. Each component of the lesson was differentiated to meet the needs of every individual student. I was able to do this both when planning the lesson and as I interacted with and suported my students during the workout by having an understanding of their indvidual abilities.
