These Subscription Terms supplement the Caring Mother Terms of Use.
Caring Mother may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing Premium plans. The current app describes Premium benefits that may include activity tracking, sleep sounds, charts, growth milestones, synchronization, and other features shown on the paywall. The exact available features, price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer are displayed before purchase and may vary by platform and country.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by OBRIY soft. When you confirm a subscription:
the store charges your Apple ID or Google Play account;
the subscription automatically renews for the same period until canceled;
the store may charge the renewal price within the period shown by that store before the current term ends; and
price changes are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law, including any required notice or consent.
If a free trial or introductory offer is displayed, its duration and eligibility rules will be shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the deadline shown by the store, a trial converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription. Eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and is not guaranteed.
Deleting the app or your Caring Mother account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel through:
iOS: Apple ID/App Store subscription settings; or
Android: Google Play subscription settings.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. You retain access until then unless the store states otherwise.
Apple or Google controls billing, cancellations, and refunds. Request a refund from the store used for purchase. Any mandatory refund, cooling-off, or consumer right under applicable law remains unaffected.
Use the app’s restore-purchase function where available. Restoration requires the same store account and may also require the relevant Caring Mother/Firebase account. Cross-platform entitlement is not guaranteed: an Android purchase may not unlock iOS, and an iOS purchase may not unlock Android, unless the paywall expressly says otherwise.
We may change Premium features prospectively or stop offering a plan, subject to store rules and applicable consumer law. We will not take away access already owed for a paid period where prohibited by law. Service outages, account mismatch, store outages, or delayed transaction updates may temporarily affect access.
