You can request permanent deletion of your Caring Mother account and associated cloud data.
Open Caring Mother.
Open Settings.
Select Delete account.
Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.
The app requests deletion of the Firebase user data tree and then deletes the Firebase Authentication account. You may be asked to sign in again if the authentication provider requires a recent login.
Email pavlo.buslowski@gmail.com with the subject Caring Mother account deletion. Send the request from the account email if the account has one. Do not send a password, child health records, identity documents, or a profile photo unless we specifically explain why additional verification is required.
Anonymous accounts do not have an email address. If you still have the app, use in-app deletion. If you no longer have the device or app session, explain that the account was anonymous; we may be unable to identify which anonymous account belongs to you without a reliable account identifier.
After verification, deletion is intended to cover:
the Firebase Authentication account;
child profiles and their cloud event records;
saved medicine, vaccination, and solid-food suggestions;
server-side subscription association records; and
other data stored under the user’s Firebase path.
Data may remain temporarily in provider backups or security records and may be retained where law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription (see the Subscription Terms) and does not erase copies you exported or shared.
Account deletion may not remove every local file or cache from every device. After deletion, uninstall Caring Mother or clear its app data on each device to remove remaining local preferences, caches, temporary files, and locally copied profile images.
We normally respond within one month under GDPR and within 45 days under applicable U.S. state laws, subject to lawful extensions.
