Caring Mother is an organizational and educational tool for adult caregivers. It is not a healthcare provider, medical device, diagnostic system, patient monitor, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
If you believe a baby, child, or adult may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an app notification, chart, timer, article, support response, or other app output.
The Service can record information such as feeding, breastfeeding, pumping, sleep, diapers and bowel movements, temperature, medicine, vaccination, weight, height, and head circumference. It can display summaries, charts, growth information, milestones, sleep tips, timers, reminders, and user-entered suggestions.
These features are for personal organization and general information only. They do not:
determine whether a child is healthy, adequately fed or hydrated, developing normally, or safe to sleep;
diagnose a disease, allergy, infection, fever, developmental delay, sleep disorder, or other condition;
prescribe or recommend a medicine, vaccine, dose, schedule, feeding quantity, or treatment;
verify that a measurement, medicine entry, vaccine entry, note, or caregiver entry is correct;
continuously monitor a child or detect an emergency; or
establish a clinician-patient relationship with OBRIY soft or any content source.
Always obtain advice from a pediatrician or other qualified professional who knows the child’s circumstances. Do not start, stop, delay, or change medical care based on the Service. Confirm medication names, concentrations, doses, units, times, allergies, and interactions directly with a qualified professional. Never use an app log as the only medication administration record where an error could cause harm.
Outputs depend on the information entered by users and on device clocks, connectivity, software operation, and synchronization. Entries may be missing, duplicated, delayed, assigned to the wrong child, displayed in a different unit, or affected by offline operation or a technical error. Caregivers may edit or delete information. Charts and summaries are not clinical records and must be independently checked before being shown to or relied on by a clinician.
Growth curves, developmental milestones, and educational articles describe population-level or general information. Individual children develop differently. A chart position or app milestone cannot confirm or rule out a health or developmental concern.
Timers and notifications are convenience features. Mobile operating systems may delay or suppress them, the device may be muted or powered off, and network or software failures may occur. Do not rely on Caring Mother for safety-critical reminders, medication alarms, feeding decisions, or supervision.
Sleep sounds and white noise do not monitor or protect a sleeping child and do not prevent sudden infant death syndrome, suffocation, or any other injury. Follow current safe-sleep guidance from qualified public-health authorities and your child’s clinician. Keep phones, cords, chargers, speakers, and other devices safely away from the sleep area and use an appropriate volume and distance.
Some general information may summarize or link to third-party sources. Sources and guidance can change, and translations may contain errors or lose nuance. A reference to an organization does not mean that it sponsors or endorses Caring Mother. Consult the source and a qualified local professional for current advice.
By using the Service, you acknowledge these limitations and accept responsibility for independently verifying information and obtaining appropriate professional care. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
