Ben is an Oakland native who lives in the Laurel District with his wife and daughter. Ben loves reading, woodwork, cooking, and spreadsheets. He is committed to iterative, evidence-based approaches that bring communities together and make neighborhoods wonderful places to be.

Nikki, her husband, Andrew, and their beloved cat, Columbo, moved to the Laurel 3 years ago during the height of the pandemic. They fell in love with the Laurel the first time they drove through the arch on 35th and MacArthur and are happy to call this neighborhood their home. Nikki has a background in local government, philanthropy and social impact, having worked for the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development and most recently in corporate philanthropy. She is excited to join the 25x NCPC to meet her neighbors and to build a vibrant and engaged community.

Cameron has loved living in the Laurel District for 35+ years.

Is a retired general contractor/small business owner who specialized in residential remodeling and room additions..

Has served as Finance Committee chair as a board member for a local high school and as Education Chair for a local professional trades organization.

Jerry has been involved in emergency preparedness and community policing for over 15 years. She is a past CORE instructor, worked in the CORE office, and have been involved in our Neighborhood Council for the last 10 years.  She is currently involved with Neighborhood Watch working with block captains throughout Oakland, and has served on the Community Policing Advisory Board.
