Get Involved

Joining the Network is easy! To become a member, a lead representative for the organization must complete our member application form and commit to completing a member satisfaction survey at the end of the academic year.

Once you're a member, there are a variety of ways to plug into the Network, which include accessing communication channels like our newsletter and Google group, participating in four quarterly meetings and “ad hoc” meetings on topics of interest to the membership, joining a working group, or serving in a leadership position such as the Steering Committee or Kelley Fellow role. More details about these opportunities are below:

The Network maintains an active Google Group which you can request to join the Google Group here.

The Network also distributes a quarterly newsletter with more formal announcements which you can subscribe to here.

The Network meets four times per academic year. Currently, Network meetings are happening virtually, but that may change in the 2023-2024year.

Dates for the 2023-2024 year can be found on our calendar.

Network members can join working groups -- small, cross-sector teams of Network members who work together to address a specific goal of interest to the group as a whole.

To find more information about current Network Working Groups and how to get involved, visit the Working Groups page.

Different ways to participate, different benefits.

Different members want different experiences in the Network.

We recognize that members’ experiences vary based on their capacity, activity, and commitment.

We offer the member “tracks” below as a way to visualize the different levels of engagement possible.

Organizations do not need to actively select into a track and we do not use this terminology formally in the Network.
