The North West Design Institute was founded by Josh Morrow, a self described "Human Centered, Design Thinking, Adventurer". 

With almost fourteen years across varied markets in the field of design, from working with startups in the fintech sector, to established companies in auditory health, to work with the Department of Agriculture, Josh developed a passion for working with others to develop solutions through insight, empathy, and creativity. That passion helped lead him to achieve his Masters in Design, Research & Development from Ohio State University in 2018. While there, Josh also taught Design Research courses to undergraduate design students, and Design Thinking to non-design major students.
