Fundraising Fundraising is a vital component of the success of our music program. These efforts help support the needs of our students as well as provide individual fundraising opportunities for our students to help pay for season fees and travel. We also are responsible for offering fundraisers that students can take advantage of to help families pay for band fees as well as any expenses associated with band travel. Remember, your Band Fees cover expenses directly related to the program like Equipment/Instrument Needs, Entry Fees, travel, and Concert Season expenses. To get the latest info on fundraising events, join the Facebook group and/or come to our Booster meetings. all are welcomed to attend.
Our bottle drop fundraiser is an ongoing event. To participate and help our program raise money to purchase and repair instruments, you can pick up blue bottle drop bags with our unique barcode on them in the band room located at the back of the school, fill the bag and drop it off at any bottle drop location. Thank you for your help in raising funds for our program. Bags Are Available in the Band room. Send some home with your student or drop by and pick some up.
CFA Fundraising offers some of the most premium coffee available. The quality controls the coffee to make sure it tastes great which makes it easy to sell and highly profitable for you. They also provide custom labels for the coffee we sell. For pricing and available flavors of Coffee please ask a member of the choir or band, or you can contact us on Facebook. Oak Tree Fundraising to raise funds for our group this year! For our upcoming event, we will be selling the delicious Butter Braid® Pastries.
