Are you interested in preparing healthier meals or learning to cook with new ingredients but don’t know where to start? There’s a new tool that can help you do just that: Be Healthy PA’s CookWith app!
The CookWith app is available on both iPhone and Android devices and makes it easy to get recipes on the go and cook with what is available in your local grocery store or even just your kitchen. Each of the recipes in the app is vetted and approved by dietitians and offers helpful how-to's designed to inspire confidence in the kitchen.
We’ve already started exploring the app and there are so many helpful features! CookWith makes it easy to search for recipes by type of meal, dietary restrictions, and even specific ingredients! There are also categories for quick & easy recipes and kid-friendly fare. You can easily pin your favorites, share meal ideas with friends and family, and save recipes as PDFs to print or use offline.
There are lots of recipes to choose from, including some from EAT RIGHT PHILLY! Learn how to cook favorites from our lessons and tastings, including skillet noodles, sweet potato and black bean chili, sesame chicken, and more.
