NURIN NABILAH BINTI UN

Her practicing experience is primarily conveyancing and litigation. She handles matters, particularly relating to civil litigation including contractual disputes, foreclosure proceedings, bankruptcy, and debt recovery.

Nurin Nabilah has invaluable experience in handling conveyancing matters, as she is responsible and has successfully handled various conveyancing assignments involving new housing projects, sub-sale cases and loan agreements. She has also handled and managed her previous firm’s conveyancing clients including panel of Developers and Banking Institutions.

The vast experience of Nurin ranging from drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements for the Firm’s panel of Developers, drafting of Loan Agreements with the Firm’s panel of Banking Institutions, and handling Mortgage related conveyancing matters.

Due to her dedicated and best performance at previous firm, Nurin Nabilah was appointed as the Head of Project Department. Among the projects that she was deal were:

Nik Nur Syazwani Binti Nik Suhaimi

she has experience in handling litigation and conveyancing matters. Through out her practicing experience, she primarily handle general litigation cases including personal injury claims, medical negligence, defamation, nuisance, trespass, contractual disputes, and land disputes.

With her litigation experience, she has successfully handled interlocutory trial and full trial before lower and high court. Due to her dedication, she also was trusted to appear as  counsel in assisting appeal cases up to Federal Court of Malaysia.

She also managed the execution proceeding to recover debt and to claim judgment money such as mandamus order, bankruptcy, winding up and judgment debtor summons.

Nik Nur Syazwani has actively involved in contributing to society by joining several organizations and giving opinions to student and lecturer researchers in legal matters.
