Strong Woman, Strong Future” is an educational project designed to empower students through leadership development, gender equality awareness, and career readiness skills. Through collaborative activities, research, discussions, and creative problem-solving, students explore gender roles in the workplace, reflect on their personal and professional aspirations, and design initiatives that promote inclusion and equal opportunities.
The project connects classroom learning with real-world contexts, helping students develop communication, teamwork, initiative, and employability skills aligned with current labor market demands.

“Strong Woman, Strong Future” é un proxecto educativo deseñado para empoderar ao alumnado a través do desenvolvemento do liderado, a conciencia sobre a igualdade de xénero e as competencias para a empregabilidade. A través de actividades colaborativas, investigación, debates e resolución creativa de problemas, o alumnado explora os roles de xénero no ámbito laboral, reflexiona sobre as súas aspiracións persoais e profesionais, e deseña iniciativas que promoven a inclusión e a igualdade de oportunidades.
O proxecto conecta a aprendizaxe na aula con contextos reais, axudando ao alumnado a desenvolver habilidades de comunicación, traballo en equipo, iniciativa e preparación para o mercado laboral, aliñadas coas demandas actuais.
