Just as effective teachers consider adaptations to support their pupils, from those with broader areas of need, to those with specific Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, and Individual Health Care Plans, effective mentors adopt a mindful approach to working with their trainee.
This guidance is helpful in supporting mentors generally, but is particularly useful for those of you who are working with neurodivergent trainee teachers.
