It is with gratitude to God Almighty that I extend a warm welcome to every one of you on behalf of the National Teachers Institute, Kaduna. As the Director, Quality Assurance and ICT Department, I am honored to stand before this esteemed gathering of SERVICOM Officers who play pivotal role in ensuring excellence in service.
In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, the significance of SERVICOM cannot be overstated. Our commitment to ensuring quality in service requires us to adapt, innovate, share insights, collaborate with each other and leverage technology effectively. This Global Ministerial SERVICOM Committee meeting and Capacity Building Workshop serves as a proof to our dedication to excellence in service delivery in this era of rapid technological advancements and evolving Customer huge expectations.
Throughout the course of this meeting and workshop, I encourage each of you to actively engage in discussions, share insights and explore innovative approaches to addressing the challenges we face in delivering quality services to our citizens.

Ii is with immense pleasure and honor that I stand before you today to deliver this speech on the 2024 First Quarter Global Ministerial SERVICOM Committee Meeting and Capacity Building Workshop at this esteemed Institute, the National Teachers' Institute, Kaduna.

I sincerely appreciate the presence of the National Coordinator, SERVICOM Office Presidency, Chairman/Nodal Officer-Federal Ministry of Education SERVICOM Unit, all Nodal /Focal Officers and the selected Desk Officers from Parastatals under the Federal Ministry of Education who have honored this invitation to attend this meeting. Your presence is a clear indication of your commitment to consensus – Excellence in Service.
The significance of this gathering cannot be overemphasized. As we deliberate on matters of service excellence, accountability and citizen-centric governance, we reaffirm our collective commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and responsiveness in public administration. The role of education in shaping informed, empowered citizens is paramount and it is fitting that we gather in this Institute dedicated to the professional development of Teachers.
In today's interconnected world, the challenges we face are complex and multifaceted. However, through collaboration, innovation and shared best practices, we have the opportunity to address these challenges, head-on and chart a course toward a brighter future. The theme of the sensitization paper on TETFUND activities and impact is an excellent one.
Over the course of this workshop, I encourage each of you to actively engage in discussions, share your insights and experiences, and forge partnerships that will strengthen our collective efforts. Let us leverage this platform to exchange ideas, explore innovative solutions and empower one another to drive tangible impact in our respective spheres of influence.
