The objective of the training is to upskill the capacity of the State and Local Government EMIS officers in handling all forms of School Data and Statistics across the state.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

The objectives of the training were centered on the following;

1. To equip the capacity of Head Teachers on the importance of having a 

comprehensive mechanism of data collection;

2. To equip the capacity of Head Teachers on the essence of integrating 

technology in the smooth running of the educational system;

3. To expand their horizon in the use of Application in schools to 

improve the efficiency, reliability and authenticity of their data; and

4. To use the provided tablets in taking the daily attendance of the 

pupils electronically.
