MISSION
To Upgrade and Update Teachers knowledge and skills in curriculum implementation while instilling in them the virtue of dedication, loyalty, commitment, discipline, and resourcefulness with special consideration in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) integrated education delivery by Teachers in a knowledge driven economy.
MANDATE
To provide courses of instruction leading to the upgrade, development and certification of Teachers as specified in the relevant syllabus using the distance learning system.
