YOUTH INITIATIVES AT ALPHA RHO CHAPTER
The Alpha Rho Chapter is dedicated to sponsoring a variety of community activities that empower and inspire youth to achieve high ethical, educational, moral, and social standards. Through our programs, students receive support in life skills, academic assistance, test-taking strategies, study skills, tutoring, cultural enrichment, and socialization training. The chapter’s Kappa Omicron Tau (KOT) program offers college guidance to female students pursuing careers in education, providing them with a range of experiences that help them become competent, dedicated, and effective educators. In addition, the chapter offers career counseling, community service opportunities, educational guidance, and leadership training for female college students. All interested candidates must demonstrate good moral character and maintain a minimum grade point average of "C+.
YOUTH PROGRAM OVERVIEW
XINOS
A guidance group for female high school students in grades 9–12, focusing on personal growth, academic excellence, and leadership development.
KUDOS
A guidance group for male high school students in grades 9–12, designed to cultivate responsibility, self-discipline, and community involvement.
This program supports female college students pursuing a degree in education. Through career counseling, leadership training, and educational support, KOT equips members to become competent, dedicated, and effective educators..
HUB PARENTS
The backbone of our youth initiatives, HUB Parents include mothers, fathers, guardians, and relatives of Xinos and Kudos members. They volunteer their time and expertise to support program activities, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for all participants.
