Y.E.S. Programs

The National Program constitutes the activity center of the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Incorporated. Throughout previous decades the program has evolved into the current Youth, Education, and Service (YES) initiative. 

Y- Youth

This aspect involves mentoring programs like the Xinos (for girls) and Kudos (for boys), providing opportunities for students to develop leadership skills, academic excellence, and cultural awareness.

E- Education

The program emphasizes the importance of education through activities such as tutoring, career guidance, and scholarships to assist students in achieving academic success and reaching their full potential.

S- Service

The service component focuses on community outreach, encouraging both youth and sorority members to give back through volunteerism and civic activities that benefit their local communities.
