City Leadership Engages Norwood Manor on Old Dobbs Elementary Vision
The Mayor’s Office of Housing Delivery joined Norwood Manor residents for an inaugural in-person listening session regarding the future of the historic Old Dobbs Elementary property. City officials outlined early redevelopment concepts and listened directly to neighbors’ priorities regarding responsible density, traffic calming, and neighborhood preservation. As municipal plans progress toward formal NPU-Z review hearings, the Norwood Manor Civic Association continues to advocate for development that honors our community's character and infrastructure needs.
