What’s Happening: Plans are underway for major redevelopment at the historic Old Dobbs Elementary site.
Why It Matters: Proposed zoning density, traffic flow, and greenspace allocations will directly affect our neighborhood.
Your Voice: Norwood Manor leadership will attend to voice community priorities ahead of the NPU-Z vote. Join us in person to ensure our neighborhood is heard.

Schedule: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM (Recess: July & December).
General Monthly Business Meetings: Hosted via Zoom.
Quarterly Manor Mingles: In-person fellowship, food, and networking at Bibleway Ministries Fellowship Hall (894 Constitution Rd SE) or local green spaces.
November 2026- TBA
NPU- Z Monthly meetings: Norwood Manor votes on zoning variances, city ordinances, and code enforcement within City of Atlanta NPU-Z. Hosted via Zoom every fourth Monday of the month.
Notice Protocol: Agendas, access links, and discussion topics are distributed the Monday prior via email, social channels, and neighborhood signage.

Paying your annual dues directly funds Norwood Manor projects, community events, and neighborhood advocacy.
Amount: $50 per calendar year (or $5/month, excluding July & December recess)
Member Impact: Maintains association operations, qualifies you to hold leadership seats, and grants voting rights in officer elections.
How to Pay: Remit dues electronically via Cash App to $NORWOODMANOR44 or (cash and check are also accepted)

Purpose
Purpose
Norwood Manor Civic Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation, established in 1994 to better represent the interest of the residents of Norwood Manor with developers and local government officials. Its main purpose is to provide residents a means for addressing improvements and living conditions in the community and to provide an organized and formal forum to present their concerns.
All residents, resident organizations, and resident businesses are encouraged to join and participate in the activities of the organization. None are excluded and all are invited.
