Welcome to the Persimmon Homes public consultation website for land at north-west Cam.
As set out in greater detail below, the site is a draft allocation in Stroud District Council's Local Plan Review and the site to be allocated is controlled by Persimmon Homes and Robert Hitchins. While both companies have submitted separate planning applications, the parties have worked together to create a cohesive masterplan and set of design principles which will ensure that the overall allocation, once delivered, will be a high quality environment for future occupants to live in with surroundings that ensure a community can thrive and connect with the wider settlement.
Persimmon Homes and Robert Hitchins have jointly collaborated on the masterplan and Persimmon Homes has now updated the designs for their own section of the site.
The purpose of this website to provide details of our proposals to enable local residents and community representatives to make comments ahead of the submission of the separate planning application in the coming months. We will be reviewing comments and seeking to make any amendments necessary to better reflect the views of the community regarding the masterplan design.
