To facilitate the proper management of student dismissal, you must complete theDismissal Choice Form. For the safety of all students, it is crucial that we receive your completed form by August 27th. This will allow us to finalize our dismissal procedures and ensure that every child is safely accounted for.The form allows you to indicate your preferred dismissal option for your child from the following choices:
Walker Door
Parent Pick-Up Line
School Bus
After-School Care Program
**Important Note for Bus Riders:** If you select the school bus option, please refer to the bus routes available on our website atwww.leominsterps.org and choose the route that best suits your needs.
