Tonight we had a lively discussion about how to sharpen your tools and keep them that way. Leon brought a power sharpener made from a shiatsu massager purchased from Goodwill. This was a very interesting concept and an affordable answer for people who are handy to consider. He said they are available on Ebay from someone who makes them and sells them, but he had made this one, himself.
We are looking for and encouraging club members to help at the DuPage County Fair. John Henderson attends several tables every year at the fair, and it is an excellent opportunity to recruit new club members, and/or sell some of your carvings.
