Yard Preparation
In order for North Metro Lawn Care to provide basic lawn care at a great price,
we need YOUR help in preparing YOUR yard.
AERATION
We require that you mark your center sprinkler heads
Heads on the perimeter we can see. However, many times the ones in the center are buried. It is imperative that they are flagged so we don't hit them. North Metro Lawn Care, LLC is not responsible for broken heads due to lack of flagging.
If you are a senior citizen or need assistance marking your center sprinkler heads, please let us know. We will be more than happy to assist you.
MOWING
Please check the areas to be serviced and remove trash, paper, toys, garden hoses, tools, pet droppings, large rocks, etc. These items can cause serious damage to our crews, equipment or your property.
Please leave your gate unlocked on your mowing day. If you have a combination lock on the gate, please provide us the code for ease of entry on your mowing day.
The following items may be left in your yard and we will trim around them as best as possible:
Trampoline
Playhouse
Hammock
Lawn furniture
Other similar equipment in your yard
dOG POOP PICK-UP
Yes, we can clean up your yard to provide a clean environment they deserve!
