Billing
- Invoices are sent out between the 15th and 18th of each month
- Billing is through the end of the month
- Payments must be received by the 5th of the month to avoid "late" fees
- Late fees will be assessed on the 10th of the month
- Payments not received by the 15th will temporarily interrupt your service until the account is paid in full
- We accept checks as a form of payment
- We now accept Visa and Mastercard as an additional convenience for our customers
