What will be your Urban Intervention?

My Urban Intervention Project idea is to develop a vacant lot into a small homeless community. In order to attempt this project, I would work with my local councilman on seeing if we can develop a vacant lot in the community for the housing of converted portable toilets that will serve as housing for the homeless. This small community of homeless housing would give each individual their own plot that they can develop with a garden or small yard. The converted portable toilets will sit on a trailer which will have a smaller unit to function as a shower/restroom. The larger unit will function as the living quarters. These homes will run on solar energy with batteries that are charged throughout the day.
