Every enrolled student shall secure his/her borrower’s card. The librarian shall validate and renew their library card. Application fee is 50.00 payable at the Cash Management Office. A fee of 50.00 is charged for replacement of lost borrower’s card.
No library card, no entry.
Students are expected to leave their bags at the counter area, except valuable things. The library shall not be responsible for lost personal belongings.
Register in the Library User's Logbook and fill out all the required data.
Food, drinks, and littering are not allowed inside the library.
Observe silence and courtesy must be practiced.
Books are to be used properly. Mutilation of any library materials such as leaning, writing, and tearing is strictly prohibited. Anyone found guilty of such act will be subjected to disciplinary action.
Reference sources such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, annuals, almanacs, etc. shall not be taken out.
Students shall be allowed to borrow one reserved book for overnight loan from 3:00 p.m. and must be returned not later than 8:00 a.m. the following day, unless it is a Sunday or a legal holiday. On Saturdays, students can draw out two books for overnight use from 12:00 noon thereon.
Reserved books not returned on due date, the student concerned shall be subject to a fine of five pesos (5.00) a day.
On general circulation collections, a maximum of five (5) books are allowed per student. They can borrow the book for only three (3) days. There is a fine of 20.00 per day for overdue books.
No books may be taken out from the library without being charged. Lost books are to be replaced.
No delinquent borrower is allowed to borrow any reading materials unless he/she settled all his/her accounts in the library.
Non-compliance with the above rules and regulations will result to suspension of library privileges.
