The performance goal is to strengthen triage judgment and reduce decision errors through structured case-based practice in a high-stakes healthcare context. This is an abridged sample.

The performance goal is to build discovery discipline by requiring learners to earn client trust progressively, surface compliance risk through questioning, and propose a clear path forward before the meeting concludes.

ERG Virtual Facilitation Skills
Audience: The target audience consists of mid-level Employee Resource Group (ERG) officers and committee members at HP who are responsible for running virtual meetings. They are highly motivated volunteers managing ERG responsibilities on top of their primary roles. They face the challenge of managing diverse, passionate peers in a virtual environment where they lack formal authority. They need practical, immediate tools to handle dominant speakers, draw out quiet voices, and translate their volunteer leadership into documented career advancement.
