Sketches of Albania (2024) are a series of 27 unique giclees, inspired by found vintage portrait photos and tourist scenic postcards bought in a bazaar, remixed as digital collages, reimagining people and landscapes from the mountains near Krujë in Albania.
The most haunting unique images are A3 plus size - 42cm x 31cm, and supplied framed, glazed and mounted from £260, the others are printed in colour archival ink at 5 x 7 inches, on 350 msg Hahnemuhle photo rag archival paper, hand-torn deckle edge, priced from £20 each. All giclees are signed and numbered, and available to purchase from 'Haunting Nostalgia' store on Etsy

The artist, Luciana Haill also projected moving image versions of these works onto the external walls of Krujë Castle, and other outdoor sites in Krujë as part of a group show which took place in March 2024.
