# Delete NoDopa AI Data
NoDopa AI is a user-controlled Chrome extension that helps individuals stay disciplined online by blocking distracting websites during self-selected focus sessions. It is not spyware, parental control software, employee monitoring software, or hidden tracking software. Users install and control the extension themselves.
## Delete local data
Open NoDopa AI → Settings → Local data → Delete all local data. This removes extension-managed settings, sessions, local analytics, queue items, notes, saved pages, overrides, and local cache data from the installed Chrome profile.
You can also remove the extension through Chrome. Chrome then removes extension-managed local storage according to Chrome's behavior.
## Delete synced account data
Send a deletion request from the email connected to the NoDopa AI account to `rnehra824@gmail.com` with the subject `NoDopa AI account deletion`. Do not send passwords, tokens, or card details.
The request will be verified before deletion. Synced focus data, account profile data, and active authentication access will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except records that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, refund, or accounting obligations. Billing records held by Lemon Squeezy are governed by Lemon Squeezy's retention obligations.
Deleting cloud data does not automatically delete local browser data. Use the local deletion step separately.
## Product and payment limits
NoDopa AI protects only the Chrome browser profile where it is installed. Local blocking rules work locally. Hosted Smart Focus Checks may process limited page context only when enabled by an active Pro user. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and NoDopa AI does not store card details.
