# NoDopa AI Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026

NoDopa AI is a user-controlled Chrome extension that helps individuals stay disciplined online by blocking distracting websites during self-selected focus sessions. It is not spyware, parental control software, employee monitoring software, or hidden tracking software. Users install and control the extension themselves.

## Agreement

By installing, accessing, or purchasing NoDopa AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

## Personal, user-controlled use

NoDopa AI is licensed for a user to manage their own focus. You may not use it to secretly observe another person, collect another person's browsing activity, supervise employees, violate privacy rights, bypass security, or break applicable law.

## Product limits

NoDopa AI protects only the Chrome browser profile where it is installed. It cannot control other browsers, mobile apps, other devices, uninstalling the extension, or all possible distracting content. Blocking and AI classifications may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for your own device, decisions, backups, and use of websites.

## Free and Pro plans

Free includes local focus sessions, local rules, local cache hits, saved overrides, YouTube cleanup, Learning Queue, Focus Notes, and local analytics. Free includes no hosted AI checks.

Pro includes hosted Smart Focus Checks with a monthly allowance of 20,000 successful uncached checks. The allowance is monthly on both monthly and yearly billing. Unused checks do not roll over unless NoDopa AI explicitly states otherwise. Local rules, saved overrides, and local cache hits do not consume checks.

## Billing and renewal

Pro Monthly costs $12 per month. Pro Yearly costs $120 per year. Prices may change for future billing periods with appropriate notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, taxes, invoices, card processing, refunds, and the customer billing portal. NoDopa AI does not store card details.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Pro access normally continues through the already-paid period, except where a payment is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, charged back, or otherwise invalid.

## Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email and device secure. Do not share or abuse an account to avoid allowance limits. NoDopa AI may suspend hosted services for fraud, abuse, attacks, excessive automated requests, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms.

## Availability and changes

NoDopa AI may update, fix, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep paid services available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Local Chrome features may be affected by Chrome, website, operating-system, or policy changes outside NoDopa AI's control.

## Intellectual property

NoDopa AI and its original software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of the NoDopa AI operator and licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the product for its intended purpose.

## Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NoDopa AI is provided without guarantees that it will block every distraction, prevent lost work, improve grades or performance, or produce correct AI classifications. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for NoDopa AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

## Termination

You may stop using NoDopa AI at any time. NoDopa AI may terminate or restrict access for material misuse, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that logically survive termination, including payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability terms, continue to apply.
