# NoDopa AI Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

NoDopa AI is a user-controlled Chrome extension that helps individuals stay disciplined online by blocking distracting websites during self-selected focus sessions. It is not spyware, parental control software, employee monitoring software, or hidden tracking software. Users install and control the extension themselves.

## Cancellation

You can cancel a Pro subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless a payment is refunded or reversed, Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

## Refund requests

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of an initial purchase or subscription renewal by contacting `rnehra824@gmail.com` with the email used at checkout and the order number. Do not send card details.

Approved full refunds end Pro access when the refund is processed. Partial refunds may be considered when required by law or when a service issue affected only part of a paid period. Refund abuse, fraudulent purchases, or repeated consumption of substantial hosted usage before a request may be considered when legally permitted.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record, handles the payment reversal and may request information needed to process the refund. NoDopa AI does not store card details.

## Failed payments and chargebacks

Failed renewal payments may place an account into a past-due state. Access ends when the paid-through period expires if payment is not recovered. A full refund, payment reversal, fraudulent order, or chargeback may end Pro access immediately. Contact support before opening a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
