# NoDopa AI Support and Contact

NoDopa AI is a user-controlled Chrome extension that helps individuals stay disciplined online by blocking distracting websites during self-selected focus sessions. It is not spyware, parental control software, employee monitoring software, or hidden tracking software. Users install and control the extension themselves.

- A short description of the problem

- Your Chrome and NoDopa AI version

- Whether the issue affects local focus, account sign-in, Pro access, billing, or Smart Focus Checks

- The order number for billing requests

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, card details, private page contents, or screenshots containing sensitive information.

## Product limits

NoDopa AI protects only the Chrome browser profile where it is installed. It cannot control other browsers, mobile apps, other devices, uninstalling the extension, or another person's activity. Local blocking rules work locally.

Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. NoDopa AI does not store card details.

Hosted Smart Focus Checks may process limited current-page context only when the feature is enabled and the signed-in user has active Pro access with monthly checks remaining.
