7/14/1983: Nominated for Landmarking.
9/13/1984: Commission hears request for designation of Landmark.
9/17/1984: Notice is sent to owner regarding Landmark designation.
10/11/1984: Certificate of Landmark designation is filed with the Conveyance of and Notarial Archives.
10/7/1987: William Syll sends letter requesting Landmark designation be removed.
1/19/1988: Commission hearing is held in regard to the request for withdrawal of Landmark designation. Motion failed and the item was not heard.
2/18/1988: City Council declines to hear appeal, as Commission vote was a no action vote.
11/2022: William Syll request the Landmark designation be removed.
