04/18/23: The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level. The ARC stated that the overall design of the accessory should be simplified, including removing the triangle shaped windows, simplify the cornice detailing, simplify the trellis, and remove the bump out and second line at the parapet. The ARC stated that the openings should all have arched tops to better reflect the main building.
