Previous ARC Recommendations & Commission Actions:

• 2/14/2023: The ARC voted to recommend conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the Staff level. The ARC agreed that:

-Details on the garage should match those on the house (e.g. enclosed eaves)

-The garage door design should be simplified

-The structure should be moved back from Andry St. to avoid the necessity for a CZO variance

-Parking strips should be used in place of a parking pad
