Craig, N1SFT had recently met with an untimely and unfortunate incident with an icy set of stairs... resulting in a significant amount of damage to his right knee. Long story short: Craig needed knee surgery and was put off his feet for about 8 weeks. The only trouble: the HF antenna feedline needed repair.... and his shack was in the basement.

So, NNEFARO members came to the rescue, and fully replaced the feedline up to the HF antenna, and while they were on the roof took care of some maintenance for the repeater's antenna feedline.

And finally, they setup a temporary operating position off the kitchen upstairs.

Craig really, really, really appreciates the help. And can't begin to tell how much this work meant to me.
