Crisis Intervention

Mental Health is detrimental to the development of a child and their success in school.  While we are all here to educate our children, we must also consider their mental health and safety.  NMS counselors are available to assist students in times of need.  The following are implemented as needed:

• Individual and small group counseling

• Parent Communication

• Columbia Suicide Assessment

• Behavior and Threat Management Assessment

• Referral for psychological evaluations

• Referral to Mental Health Professionals

• Reports of Child Abuse or Neglect
