Description: NARIS is an online application system  for the issuance of license to operate for meat establishments such as slaughterhouses, poultry dressing plants,  meat cutting plants, and cold storages and warehouse

Current Status: System is now being utilized nationwide. Phase II will cover including the MTV and LTO issuance.

Description: The NMIS ICT SALN system is designed to facilitate the filing and processing of Statement of Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth by NMIS officials and employees. The system streamlines the process of declaring assets and liabilities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and promoting transparency.

NMIS ICT Electronic Personnel Data Sheet (EPDS) system is designed to centralize and automate the data entry management of personnel information and records within the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) in the Philippines. The EPDS system streamlines the process of capturing, storing, and retrieving employee data, enabling efficient management of personnel records.

Current Status: System is now being utlitized in Central Office. NMIS has completed and closed out Phase I development.  The team is now working to develop a Phase II Statement of Work that will include developing the final requirements to design, build and implement NMIS Human Resource Information System

Completion Date: November 2022

Description: It is an online system implemented by NMIS  to enhance quality management processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The QMS Portal serves as a centralized platform/ content managment for managing, monitoring, and improving quality-related documents within NMIS. 

Current Status: Successfully utilized. Content update and systems maintenance

Description: This project aims to shift all NMIS emails to the Government Email (GovMail)

Current Status: ICT has successfully completed distribution of GovMail emails to NMIS Offices (Central and RTOCS)

Completion Date: January 2023

System Description: This project is to develop a Document Tracking System capable of tracking paper trail of documents created within NMIS. 

Current Status:  Extended Dry-Run until January 2023. The project team is finializing the development of theDTS to hand over to the end user, Records section for for user aacceptance testing. User acceptance testing will run into early January 2023 with implementation expected on February 2023.

Completion: Date: Feb 2023

Description: This project is to develop an electronic entry system of the Personal Data Sheet and the SALN.  The electronic Personnel Information system is a facility for the online updating of e-Personal Data Sheet and eSALN; and printing of CS Form 212. This is accessible to all employees 

Current Status:  The project is in the implementation stage

Completion: Date: Feb 2023- regular updates 

Description: an online facility where internal clients can submit ICT service requests which allows the ICT team to respond in a more organized and timely manner

Description:  Last 2020, The Training Room B was divided/ converted into 2 partitions: (Office and meeting room), the original audio equipment was requested to be removed to give way to the office. 

Current Status:  TRB Audio System is currently used in SHE Hall during flag ceremony.
