Registration

Before participating, all new players and their parent/guardian(s) must carefully read and review the NJ Dream Elite Handbook in its entirety. The handbook contains important information about the program's expectations, policies, and procedures and can be accessed via the following link:

After reviewing the handbook, please complete and submit the New Player Packet, which includes all required new player forms. These steps must be completed before a player is eligible to participate in team activities. The new player packet can be accessed here:
