There are few things more pure than a child with a dream! We’ve all been there. Every kindergarten class is filled with stick-figure drawings of what the future will look like. There are pictures of nurses, doctors, firefighters, policemen, athletes, and more hanging on the wall. Now, the question is- how do we make those dreams a reality?

NJ DREAM ELITE is all about surrounding youth of all ages with a team of qualified personnel to assist them in achieving their dreams. The “Dream Team” is dedicated to mentoring young potential athletes and assisting them and their families in areas including education, physical fitness, exposure, cultural awareness, community involvement, and of course, basketball!

To achieve these goals, we strive daily to continuously and consistently develop a qualified staff with a wide range of academic and/or professional experience. Dream Team staff members carry degrees and certifications from multiple accredited colleges and universities.

With the increased misuse of social media and the negative reinforcement that often results, we find it necessary to aid and equip these children with real tools to be successful. Life skills, such as overcoming adversity, teamwork, goal setting, building self confidence, and resiliency, will be gained through this program. We believe in pursuing dreams through exposure and community involvement. We look not only to challenge our children to be great, but to create a pathway for success.

NJ Dream Elite has proudly invested in the future of our community by awarding scholarships to graduating high school seniors pursuing four-year college degrees. In 2026, we were honored to provide scholarships to two deserving student-athletes from Lakewood, NJ, marking the fourth consecutive year of our scholarship program.

As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our impact by awarding an additional scholarship to another Monmouth County high school senior in 2027.

The NJ Dream Elite Scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional commitment to their families, communities, academics, and athletics. Recipients embody strong character, leadership, and selflessness, consistently making sacrifices that contribute not only to their own success but also to the well-being and growth of those around them. Through this scholarship, we celebrate young leaders who inspire others through their dedication, perseverance, and service.
