Yoga is defined in the Yoga Sutras as "the cessation of fluctuations in the mind." My classes are a classical-eclectic hatha style that infuses my knowledge gained during a 9 year personal training career with nerve flossing, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, mindbody exercises, breathing exercises, and culminates in a sense of peace.Â
