A facilitator guide is a comprehensive document that provides step-by-step instructions, activities, and supporting materials to assist facilitators in effectively delivering training sessions or workshops.

In order to comply with non-disclosure agreements, I developed a revised version of the facilitator guide originally created for Samsung during the train the trainer program. This guide incorporated blended learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and agile backward design. The program's effectiveness was assessed through trainer evaluation scores, participant surveys, and learner scores, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of its success.

The guide has been translated to French as well to support all the trainers across Canada.
