Urban sketching connects me with the people around me, also connects the tangible and intangible architecture and urban phenomena, and it is a style of art that captures the vibrant energy and essence of urban environments. Through on-location drawings and sketches, I create visual narratives celebrating the unique character, architecture, and people that bring cities to life. With a focus on quick, spontaneous observations that capture the socio-economy dynamics of the place, using pen and ink and watercolors, I aim to convey the dynamic nature of urban landscapes. Urban sketching not only hones my artistic skills but also allows me to document and share my experiences creatively and engagingly.
Our mission is to raise the artistic, storytelling and educational value of on-location drawing, promoting its practice and connecting people around the world who draw on location where they live and travel.

We will also look back at the life and times of the two greatest Sultans of Delhi, This walk explores the area behind the famous Qutb complex. A historic village, Mehrauli is built around the Sufi shrine of Bakhtiyar Kaki. Each monument in the neighbourhood has a story to tell: step wells where water smelled of sulphur, a tank where Prophet Muhammad left a mark, martyrdom site of Sikh hero Banda Bahadur, a palace of the Mughals and a still empty grave meant for the last Mughal emperor. we also talk about the seven cities of Delhi
We will also explore quite a few other lesser-known within the complex as we witness the journey with the help of urban sketching a total of 25 participants were present
