SURVEY DETAILS:
You don't need to complete every section - enter only what applies to your property.
For accuracy, fill out the survey while the work is fresh and top of mind.
You can submit your hours and expenses once or multiple times throughout the year.
Receipts are currently not required for proof of expenses.
It doesn't have to be perfect - please provide your best estimate.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED:
Your responses are kept private and used only for Firewise reporting.
Nina Terrace hours & expenses are combined into aggregated totals (no names or addresses) & submitted to the NFPA in November.
These reports are required to keep our community in good standing and maintain our Firewise Site Certification.
